How I became passionate about AEC proposals

After investing 20+ years in the AEC industry, I
(Karen Morgan, PE-TX) founded 
DOTomation Consulting.

 

As an engineer/PM, I worked for TxDOT and a global engineering firm, leading city, county and state-level projects to on-time, on-budget completion. As a marketer, I worked in the marketing departments of two engineering firms to successfully increase wins through my proposal processes and strategic insight. As DOTomation's Owner and Lead Strategist and Trainer, I now actively consult to nationwide AEC firms looking for on-call experienced staff to increase their chance for more proposal wins.

 
My passion is helping great firms (like yours!) win more work by identifying weaknesses and strengthening them.
